I grew up in Vermont but began moving to different states for jobs and family. Along with moving, I also took any opportunity I could to travel whether on a cruise or by staying at a resort. In 1999, I was working at a large law firm in Vermont where I had to edit and send out mass billing notices.

This job forced me to be very detail oriented, but it also left me with free time at the end of the week. I began taking travel courses through ICT, and by the end of the year, I received my first certification!

I then joined NACTA and began working with a host agency so I could begin booking trips. I started helping individuals and also colleagues at the law firm. By 2006, I decided to work in the travel industry full-time, and I continue to find pleasure in booking and enjoying vacations in any destination!

I have completed a number of certifications including:

•     Honeymoon and Destination Wedding Specialist
•     Travel Institute CTC Designation
•     Accredited Cruise Counselor (CLIA)
•     Master Cruise Counselor (CLIA)
•     And more!

I love booking luxury cruises and all-inclusive stays in the Caribbean, Europe, and beyond. I like to get to know my clients so I can make personalized recommendations, and I do everything I can to make each trip completely customized and unforgettable.

One of the most interesting trips I’ve booked was for a client from Iowa. They had an amazing itinerary in mind, and I helped book a package that started in Barcelona and ended in Amsterdam. During their trip, they were able to enjoy:

• a flamenco show in Spain
• gondola rides in Venice
• a Royal Caribbean cruise around the Mediterranean
• stops in Prague and Munich by train
